I applied for a job that Nicola was managing and she was quick to get in touch. She explained the job role and went into good detail about the employer and type of business the job was with. Nicola was thorough with her questions to me and identified that the job that I had originally applied for might not be the best fit. She sent me details of another job, at the same company which turned out to be the perfect fit. At my 1st interview with Nicola she made me feel relaxed and she was really friendly and open. When I attended my second interview with the company, Nicola was there also. It made me feel supported and confident. Applying for and changing jobs can be a really uncertain and challenging time.
