At McGhee Group we need to recruit staff from senior to more junior levels with the right experience, capabilities and attitudes. Having used most of the ‘big names’ in recruitment the outcomes have often fallen short of what was required.

Nicola Hardy listens carefully to exactly what’s required, questions us on the sort of character that’s going to be a match for the rest of the team and ultimately manages to find just the right person, every time. We have been highly impressed with the calibre of candidates and Nicola’s ability to find us just the right ‘fit’.
